Notice is hereby given that this year’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 11th December at the Premier Suite, Cheltenham Town Football Club, Whaddon Road, Cheltenham GL52 5NA commencing at 8pm.
Members of the current committee stand down at the end of the year. Hence nomination for the following posts are sought for the following year’s committee who take post on 1st January 2026.
Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Ordinary Committee Members (maximum of three). Plus: Accounts Examiner (not a member of the committee). Nomination forms will be made available at future club meetings.
Advance notice must be given of any issue which will require a formal vote to be taken at the AGM. The notification should be in the form of a motion duly proposed and seconded and which should be in the hands of the secretary by 20th November 2025 so that it may be included in the AGM Agenda which will be issued to members prior to the AGM.
